Display your full office address, phone number, and staff
A visitor has more in common with an actual human being than an online store. It’s about humanity and the natural desire to connect with others.
People need to know you’re a real company. So if you don’t have any photos of real people or your office or of anything that confirms your existence, how are they to believe you?
The easiest thing you can do is put up an ‘about page’ or a ‘contact us’ page with some warmer information. Not just a bland contact form, but a specific service email (email@example.com), some photos and bios of your staff, and a photo of your office, perhaps even a location depending on the business you’re in.
Customers will be more willing to buy and revisit your site if they experience that connection. Find creative ways to ‘humanize’ your online store.
